Participants will be invited to explore self-expression through a variety of art activities, learn and understand the basic principles of art therapy, and connect with their internal worlds, without the need for any prior art training, understanding, or experience.
The online session will be suitable for parents, educators, caregivers, and anyone looking to use art for personal health and well-being or for professional development.

The "Intro to Art Therapy" event is an enlightening workshop designed to help participants explore art and healing for inner peace. Held on Sunday, September 22nd from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Queen's Park, this session will be led by Nattanan Sornpeng, an experienced art therapist from Thailand. Attendees will have the opportunity for self-discovery, enjoy a safe space for reflection, and create a personalized artwork to take home.
